Service and draft status
weezyPWA provides PWA creation, analytics and push notification tools. Availability is shown in the product interface; a roadmap item is not a delivered feature.
These proposed terms are for review. The contracting operator, governing law, dispute process and final commercial conditions have not been approved. This page is not a finalized offer or a signed agreement.
Accounts and teams
Use accurate account information, protect your credentials and grant team access only to authorized people. Act on behalf of a business only when you have authority to do so. Report suspected unauthorized access through the published support channel once available.
Workspace administrators control team permissions and configured integrations. Customers are responsible for their campaign content, audiences, domains and the instructions they give the service.
Content and third-party services
Upload or use only content, brands and domains you are entitled to use. The proposed license to the service is limited to hosting, processing and displaying customer materials as necessary to deliver the requested functions; ownership does not transfer.
Advertising networks, trackers, domain registrars and browser push providers have their own terms and technical limits. Weezy cannot guarantee approval of an advertisement, notification delivery, installation counts, revenue or return on advertising spend.
Testing and availability
Beta features can change and can have interruptions or data limitations. Agree the traffic scope, support arrangements and acceptance criteria before inviting a team to send real traffic. No uptime SLA is offered by this draft.
Privacy notices, consent where required, verified deletion procedures and customer processing agreements must be ready before processing live visitor data.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
The current billing screen is a preview; checkout, paid subscriptions and domain purchases are not implemented. Displayed examples do not authorize a charge or an automatic renewal.
Before paid services launch, publish the actual seller, prices/currency/taxes, payment methods, renewal and cancellation rules, refund process and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. This draft does not invent a refund period or exclude statutory rights.
Restrictions and termination
The proposed rules permit proportionate restrictions for abuse, a security incident or a legal requirement. Final terms must define notice, review/appeal, data export and deletion after termination, and the applicable liability rules.
The acceptable-use rules describe prohibited uses. The data-processing document describes the separate agreement needed when Weezy handles personal data on a customer’s behalf.
